Solstice Parade
The Santa Barbara Solstice Parade involves creative costumes, whimsical puppets, and lots of dancing hippies – we love it. It also falls on Tom’s birthday, so we were excited to join in the fun for a couple of years.
2015
In 2015, we launched giant helium-filled planets into the sky and paraded as astronauts, aliens and other intergalactic explorers at the “Out of This World” themed event.
2016
In 2016, we marched as mythological gods and goddesses in the “Legend” themed parade while giant puppets of Zeus, Poseidon and Aphrodite looked on.
