One Year with Azelle

Azelle, the littlest love of my life, happy 1st birthday! Sometimes I think I willed you into existence because you could not be more perfect. The strong, sweet, loving feminine energy you bring to our home is like glue that pulls us all together. I think you’re the most beautiful thing to look at.

It would just be different if we didn’t have a girl, and if it wasn’t you. You are so joyous, smiling at everyone, laughing, clapping and squealing. You think it’s hilarious when Tiger runs you all around the house squeezing your chest so tight, and you never stop going for the thing you want, so determined, confident and strong.

After 11 months of lovely co-snuggling every night, you moved into your own crib without a hitch. You always just roll with it! And you’re already walking like a champ, talking and constantly exploring. I think you will go far in life my girl, and I get to be your lucky mama along for the ride. I cannot wait to wear matchy-matchy outfits, to go on spa dates and shopping trips and to roll our eyes at the boys together.
